Miami Beach police on Friday identified the man killed in Tuesday’s incident as 25-year-old Brian Steven Orozco.

Orozco was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition, but later died from his injuries.
An investigation is underway after a partial scaffolding collapsed at a luxury apartment building in Miami Beach, killing one person and injuring another.
The second person sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
The beachfront Villa Di Mare condominiums are undergoing $2 million in concrete restoration, painting and stucco work, according to Miami Beach city records. The building was built in 2002 and has 13 units. Each unit occupies an entire floor, is more than 4,600 square feet and is selling for more than $4.5 million each.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) arrived at the apartment complex Tuesday afternoon and began an investigation.
Officials said the general contractor on the project had no history of dealings with OSHA.
