At approximately 6:25 a.m. Saturday, the Flowwood Police Department received a call about a husband and wife arguing outside a store. The woman was identified as Salvrinia Blackwell. Blackwell stabbed the man in the arm and slashed the tires on the man’s vehicle. When officers arrived on scene, they learned that a person of interest lived in Mendenhall.
