I wanted to try this type of tray tin, so I took advantage of today’s reward order at work and gave it a try. These were amazingly durable, held the batter for about 2 cupcakes, baked perfectly, and looked absolutely delicious. I sprayed the inside bottom with a little nonstick spray, which seemed to help, but it’s not completely necessary if you’re not into that sort of thing.
The lids all fit very well, snap on easily and don’t fall off. Depending on how much you fill the cake, there should be about a half inch of room for frosting before it collapses. Since they can be stacked well, your worries about carrying them will be alleviated a little. Please note that this is not Lego and may fall over. Not only are the little mini spokes individually packaged, they’re also a hit with your co-workers.
Overall, these are great little baking pans for making fun, individual-sized treats that will make you feel like you’re getting something a little more special than a simple cupcake. I will be ordering again!
