WILMINGTON – Delaware World Trade Center (WTC Delaware) announces the launch of the 2024 edition of International Delaware, the magazine’s eighth edition. This year’s theme focuses on Delaware’s important role as the eastern gateway to the United States. The magazine’s cover features the Kalmar Nickel, the ship that first brought colonists to found New Sweden. The iconic image highlights Delaware’s long maritime and trading heritage dating back to 1638. World Trade Center Delaware Director Carla Stone emphasized the state’s strategic importance. “Delaware is the eastern gateway to the United States, located midway between New York City and Washington, D.C., offering unparalleled access to both the political and business capitals of the United States,” she said. Ta. , WTC Delaware provided assistance to 335 individuals and organizations, fostering business development and creating economic opportunity for companies across the state. For example, WTC Delaware brought information that no other company in the state had.
