Harrah, Oklahoma. (South Korea) – The woman is accused of selling counterfeit Louis Vuitton, Dior and other famous brand products at Harrah’s boutique.
The report regarding products sold at Indulge Boutique was filed on February 23rd.
The investigation was conducted on June 9 by Investigative Services Company (ISC), which works with well-known brands to investigate product intellectual property and anti-counterfeit enforcement.
According to the affidavit, ISC visited the store and reported seeing more than 150 trademarked items for sale there, including a Louis Vuitton wallet for $40 and a Chanel wallet for $30. .
On December 12, ISC investigators requested the assistance of the Harrah Police Department to conduct a controlled sting operation at the boutique.
The affidavit states that ISC officers observed Chanel, Christian Dior, Ray-Ban, UGG, Louis Vuitton and other trademarked items on display.
On the same day, a search warrant was executed and Leslie Janey was taken into custody.
According to the affidavit, Jenny said she had just returned from New York City with the counterfeit trademarked products and that she intended to sell them.
She was taken to the Oklahoma County Jail on charges of using, possessing, or distributing for sale counterfeit marked merchandise.
The total value of all counterfeit marked items is estimated to be at least $10,000.
