What does it mean to blame politicians?
Rep. Al Green of D-Texas is the latest member of the condemned legislature. What does the condemned mean?
The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Thursday to condemn Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, on Thursday after holding back President Donald Trump in a Congressional address.
“You have no obligation,” Green said he suspended Trump’s speech to a joint Congressional session. Green was ordered to be removed by House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Examples of condemned senators and representatives
According to the House website, 27 representatives have been criticized before Greene. The latest censorship is:

Members may also be expelled or rebeled.
