Volvo is unveiling a new electric flagship.
Volvo’s unique sense of Scandinavian luxury has created a lineup of modern, smooth vehicles with cutting-edge technology and uncompromising safety, but in recent years it has evolved further with electric vehicles equipped with the bleeding edge of automotive technology, such as the Nvidia Drive, Lidar and Ultrasonic sensors. After revealing the EX90, the electric SUV flagship, the ES90, the flagship of the new electric luxury vehicle, has been revealed.
The design of the ES90 itself represents a futuristic merger between sedans, SUVs and FastBacks, redefines Volvo’s luxury flagship, combining the style of the luxury flagship with practicality and ease of use in everyday life. The new flagship style is further enhanced with 20-22 inch wheel options, seven exterior color options, and a unique LED lighting assembly.
The panoramic roof adds beautiful natural light with UV protection, and the electrochromic option allows drivers to choose greater privacy and dim the cabin brightness. Meanwhile, interior comfort is enhanced with four-zone climate control, an ultra-higher cabin, the cutting-edge Bowers & Wilkins audio system with 25 speakers, and other luxurious features. Thanks to Volvo’s superset technology, 800 volt technology, and a drag coefficient of 0.25, the new ES90 boasts an estimated drive range of 435 miles.
Thanks to a system with five radars, seven cameras, 12 ultrasonic sensors and one LIDAR, the new Volvo ES90 active safety system brings Volvo’s signature safety-first approach to the future.
