PHOENIX — An upscale neighborhood in Prescott recently completed its largest renovation in its 20-year history.
Talking Rock Ranch has undergone a $10 million renovation over the past three years, according to Scottsdale-based developer Symmetry Companies.
It now features two new club cabins, enhanced amenities and an “elevated dining experience,” according to Symmetry Companies Managing Partner Todd Severson.
“These renovations raise the bar for luxury living in Prescott and set a new benchmark for the region,” Severson said in a news release Monday.
Home prices in this community start at $1.55 million. Sizes range from 2,700 square foot floor plans to 4,200 square foot floor plans.
Talking Rock Ranch is known for its 18-hole course designed by Jay Morrish, who served as president of the American Institute of Golf Course Architects from 2002 to 2004.
What’s new in Prescott’s upscale neighborhood?
The two new club cabins each measure 3,750 square feet and include an additional 800 square feet of covered patio. Designed to entertain friends and family visiting Talking Point Ranch.
It can accommodate up to 4 bedrooms but can also be used as a separate suite. Daily concierge service is also available.
Another big change with the renovation is a new dining facility called 1800 Pizza Kitchen. We serve artisan-style pizza made with locally sourced ingredients and baked in a stone oven.
Talking Point Ranch’s upscale pizza joint features a fire pit, barn-style doors, and outdoor seating.
There will also be a new full-service driving range bar and a lounge that provides a cozy retreat for residents and guests to watch sports, grab a cup of coffee or pick up dog treats.
This lounge is part of the Outfitters and Members Lounge and also includes space to rent kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles. There is also a retail store selling outdoor apparel and gear.
Other upgrades to Prescott’s upscale neighborhood
There’s more to Prescott’s upscale neighborhood than just these luxurious new perks. The developer improved the landscaping and lawn, expanded the patio and installed an outdoor fire pit, and added:
Lawn for events. It’s a putting green. croquet lawn. The golf course parking lot has been expanded.
