Well, folks, I really can’t say enough about Factor’s diet. I admit that I was also very skeptical at first. I’m a frugal person and always make homemade meals, whether it’s counting macros or meal prepping when I’m focused on a “diet.” My husband discovered Factor and insisted we give it a try.
