It has an aerospace-grade aluminum casing rather than the usual plastic, and is priced lower than the company’s previous high-end portable displays. The Australian company already offers the espresso Pro with a 17-inch touchscreen, which Cult of Mac reviewed. There’s also the espresso Touch, a 15-inch touchscreen. Its new model is its most affordable display yet.
The espresso Display 15 includes a 1080p Full HD (FHD) LCD. This is color calibrated at the factory.
The device is only 0.2 inches thin and weighs 2 pounds.
Two USB-C ports allow you to connect your portable display to your computer and optional power source. Using it on your Mac, iPad, or Windows is as easy as connecting it to your screen.
A case and LCD protective film are included as a release bonus.
