Cliffwalk’s Chanla and Francis Malborn House are ranked among the best bed and breakfasts in the country by the US News & World Report’s 2025 Best Bed and Breakfast Rankings.
This year’s list features over 350 bed and break firsts, inns and small hotels in 17 US destinations.

Cliffwalk’s Chanla is known for its ocean views and personalized services, but the Francis Malborn House, built in 1760, is located in the heart of downtown Newport.
Now in its fourth year, US news rankings have become a go-to resource for travelers looking for unique, high-quality places to stay nationwide.
