Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will meet Charles IIIHead of State, Monday he discusses President Donald Trump’s threat to make Canada the 51st state.
The King has been criticized in Canada for silence over Trump’s threat Annex Canada.

Charles is a Canadian head of state and a member of the former British colony.
Overall, Canada’s anti-Yoril movement is small, but the monarch’s silence over the Trump threat has fueled recent talk.
Former Alberta Prime Minister Jason Kenney said, “He has not commented on Trump’s threat saying that Canadians can only act on the advice of the Canadian Prime Minister because they disappointed King Charles had not commented.”
“The Canadian government should ask the head of state to emphasize Canada’s sovereignty,” Kenny wrote to X.
The king met with the president of Ukraine on Sunday Volodymyr Zelenskyyinvited Trump to come to Scotland for a state visit.
Canadians are somewhat indifferent to the monarchy, but many had great affection for the late Queen Elizabeth, whose silhouettes mark the coins. She is the head of state for 45% of Canadian existence and has visited the country 22 times as a monarch.
Over the years, Charles’ visits attracted a sparse crowd
“Canadians need to decide what purpose they will serve as king of Canada if Charles III cannot even speak for our sovereignty,” wrote Artur Wilczynski, a former Canadian civil servant, on X.
Abolishing the monarchy means changing the constitution. It is inherently a dangerous initiative. It is inherently dangerous work, given how delicately it is designed to unite a nation of 41 million people who embrace the constant flow of English speakers, French speakers, Indigenous tribes and constant immigration.
