(NYSE: TOL), and joint venture partner HSRE have announced The Announced to open 87. The 87 is a new off-campus apartment community with 335 apartments and 810 bed townhomes. The community is located near the campuses of the University of Notre Dame, College of the Holy Cross and Saint Mary’s College, and received a $91 million construction loan from Centier Bank. Construction began in September 2022 and first occupancy began in August 2024.
