(NYSE: TOL), has partnered with Equity Residential to recently expand the Dallas, Texas The high-end mid-rise apartment community “Lyle” has its grand opening. Located at 17727 Addison Road in Dallas, Lyle offers residents a chic retreat with sophisticated apartments and amenities. Construction began in 2022, and the community welcomed its first residents in March 2024.
A grand opening event was held at the community on December 12th and was attended by members of the project team, community management team, local guests, and residents. At the ceremony, Tommy Rodas, managing director of Toll Brothers Apartments, who lives in the Chubu region, gave an address. Christina Fischer, Toll Brothers Apartment Development and Construction Manager, lives in the Chubu region. and Mary Paulisa, vice president of property management for the Texas region of Equity Residential.
