It’s worth it. The canvas isn’t as thick as I would like, but it’s not awful. The metal frame and mechanism are impressive. The slope function works perfectly, just like a crank. It was a bit difficult to assemble, but it would be easy to use when combined. Due to the price, this cannot be beaten.
The stands on these umbrellas are amazing. It is light and easy to move, but when filled with water, it is neatly heavy. You can easily empty it at the end of the season, so you can keep it until next summer. Between our two homes, we bought eight of them and love them. And even if you ultimately need to replace them, there’s even more price to use (and count) using it.
