Phoenix, Arizona – Thompson Thrift, a nationally recognized real estate company and one of the nation’s leading multi-family developers, held Ribbon Cutting for Stella, a 308-unit Class A multi-family community outside of Phoenix, Santan Valley. The first residents began moving in the winter of 2024, with construction expected to be completed at the end of this summer.
“With resort-style living and luxurious convenience at the forefront, Stella reflects Thompson Thrift’s commitment to creating an extraordinary rental community that offers both style and quality. “Our team is thrilled to offer a community that residents are proud to call home.”
Located on 20 acres near North Gary Road and West Hunt Highway, Stella consists of 12 two- and three-storey buildings, an adjacent lawn and outdoor pavilion, a pickleball court, two dog parks, and a resort-style pool with relaxing gardens with fruit trees and fountains. The community offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and residents, with residents offering a variety of layouts and signature facilities, including private enclosure yards and patio options, and detached single car garages. The apartment home will have elegant quartz countertops, hardwood style reinforced, stainless steel appliances, high speed, instant internet access, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, smart thermostat and smart hub.
The pet-friendly luxury community approaches multiple outdoor activities, including hiking, biking and exploring Santan Mountain Regional Park, a national park located two miles west of the community. Residents live near a variety of retail options. Additionally, Hunt Highway will provide future residents with access to nearby Queen Creek, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Loop 202.
The employment corridor along Loop 202 features well-paid jobs from companies such as Liberty Mutual, Deloitte, Dignity Health and Isagenix. Additionally, Arizona State University’s new Mesa City Center, a new state-of-the-art digital media learning center, is 10 minutes north. The area also has two airports: Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and Chandler Municipal Airport.
With ribbon cutting, visitors were able to tour the models and explore the professionally decorated clubhouse and community amenities. As part of Thompson Thrift’s ongoing commitment to community engagement, they presented checks on local nonprofit mane and miracles, supporting efforts to provide adaptive or therapeutic riding, horse support, and horse-supporting physical therapy to people with physical, mental and emotional disabilities.
