This year, Mandarin Oriental Hotel won the Best Luxury Hotel Brand award with 81.6%, making it the second year in a row that it came out on top. LTI’s report notes that Mandarin improved in a number of areas in 2024, including opening new locations, establishing strong customer loyalty, and a determination to maintain excellence.
Other new additions to LTI’s list (expanded from 12 to 15 hotels) include Bvlgari and the Dorchester Collection. Familiar names from last year’s list return as well, including Oetker Collection, Aman, and Six Senses.
“The increase in the number of brands featured this year from 12 to 15 and the reduction in the number of properties a brand needs to qualify from 10 to 8 has produced some interesting results,” said LTI CEO Michael. Crompton said in a statement. . “The Bvlgari hire is particularly common as Bvlgari is a very focused and well-managed organization, with each property offering a truly ultra-luxury guest experience.Senior management changes across the brand With continued impressive levels of investment and intense competition chasing the rising travel spending of the wealthy, who knows what will happen next year?
