Whether you’re looking to learn advanced sushi-making techniques, how to create the perfect pasta, or simply want to impress your holiday guests with festive decorations and specialty sweets this season, Fontainebleau Las Vegas has the class for you.
The luxury resort is introducing the Signature Series, interactive classes led by the resort’s expert chefs, bartenders and decorators. Chef and VP of Culinary Joseph Leibowitz says the classes are “a celebration of culinary artistry and education designed to inspire and elevate home cooking to new heights.”

The perfect pour

In celebration of National Bourbon Month, Director of Beverage Development Juyeon Kang will teach aspiring bartenders how to make two authentic cocktails: an authentic Old Fashioned and a Paper Airplane.
The art of grilling
October 5th, 11am-2pm

Don’s Prime Executive Chef Patrick Munster will lead guests in a masterclass learning grilling styles, wood-fired cooking techniques and how to create flavorful sauces, marinades and sides. The Art of the Grill will include a three-course lunch served poolside on La Cote Patio.
The Art of Sushi

Learn the art of sushi making as our chef gives you step-by-step instructions on how to make your own sushi roll. Start with a welcome cocktail, then put on an apron and get started on making two different sushi rolls. After the course, you can add on a 3-course omakase tasting with cocktail pairing for an additional $65 per person.
A passion for pasta

Led by Italian-born celebrity chef Stefano Chiarusi, this class will teach you everything you need to know about making homemade pasta, from creating delicious stuffed pasta dishes to preparing sauces, and conclude the evening with a 3-course dinner paired with Italian wines.

As you enjoy cocktails and light snacks, Fontainebleau’s horticulture team will show you how to create a festive wreath to take home for the holidays.

Discover Dim Sum
