Rolls-Royce’s first electric vehicle, The Spectre, was popular in 2024 with record sales.
According to InsideEVS, luxury car manufacturers don’t provide specific numbers for each vehicle, but in 2024 they sold 5,712 vehicles. A Rolls-Royce press release said 2024 was the car’s first year of sales.
The press release stated: “Spector was Europe’s most demanding Rolls-Royce model last year, the world’s second most demanding company, and clients around the world have confirmed it is amplifying the most well-known attributes. And A unique “Magic Carpet Ride” experience. ”
Buyers are drawn to models for their smooth ride, but not the fastest EV on the market. You can only reach 60 mph in 4.4 seconds. Also, it does not have a large mileage. A single charge only allows you to travel 291 miles.
Other luxury car manufacturers have little success with EVs. Some people retreat from their goals. However, it appears that Rolls-Royce customers are on board.
Additionally, the luxury brand is set to unveil its second EV in 2025.

The Rolls-Royce drivers enjoy smooth rides, so it’s easy to see why they’re switching to EV models. Direct Gap says EVs are quieter than combustion engine vehicles.
In addition to the quiet ride, owning an EV saves you $1,500 each year on gas and maintenance.
Driving an EV can improve air quality. A study in San Francisco proved this. Fifty-seven sensors have been installed to monitor pollution in the area. The study found that between 2018 and 2022, toxic gas pollution decreased by 1.8% per year. Think about how much more people drive EVs, how much they can grow.
