Helpful tips when making this bacon jalapeno cheese balls recipe:
The advantage of cheese ball appetizers is that they are easy to adapt to tastes. If you don’t like sharp cheese, choose another favorite shredded cheese. I enjoy using a push-down hand chopper to easily chop jalapeƱos. These cheese balls will need some time to chill in the refrigerator and allow the flavors to meld. It can be made even the day before. Then set it on the counter to soften a little before serving. If you have any leftovers, scoop them into a container with a lid and store for several days.
