I came across this idea on Allrecipes.com a few months ago and had to give it a try since it’s low effort. The reviews are great too, so I’m not the only one who loves this meal. I’ve made it several times, but this time I added green beans!
This combination produces the most glossy turkey breast. The sauce is irresistible. I didn’t even need to use the packet of gravy that came with the brisket.
I love how tender and juicy this slow cooker turkey breast is. My whole family was impressed, and I think you will be too.

Additional tips for making cranberry slow cooker turkey breast:
If you have a larger group, you can easily double this recipe and use two turkey breasts. Before you begin, make sure the turkey breast is thawed and leave the string attached. That helps hold it together. Remove the strings and cut it when it is cooked. Make sure the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165 degrees. I use an instant-read thermometer to check.

If you want to host a meal for just a few people, this might be the one for you. Just add mashed potatoes and bread rolls and you’re good to go. I topped it with crunchy onions before eating and it was very delicious. This cranberry-onion soup combination can also be a great sauce to try on other main dishes, like pork chops or meatballs.
The leftovers are delicious too!
