As of Thursday, the newly launched online marketplace edibles.com. Currently, we sell THC infused products such as drinks, chews and enhancers to customers of various brands in Texas.
Edible Brands plans to rapidly expand into “legal markets” in the southeast, including Florida and Georgia, the company said in a news release. Selected products will be sold and shipped in parts of the United States where cannabis is legally permitted in the coming weeks.
“This is a critical moment for the hemp industry,” said Jake Bullock, co-founder and CEO of queer-owned cannabis brand Cann, in a statement. “A high-quality market like Edibles.com has the power to rebuild the future of THC products and drive the long-term growth of the industry that we have all been working on.”
Edibles.com has also announced that it has opened its flagship store at Inman Park Neighborhood in Atlanta. This is where it serves as a prototype for a limited franchise program.
“Edible Brands’ extensive franchise network aims to democratize access to the THC industry, which has been historically restricted by regulatory barriers,” according to a news release.

Thomas Winstanley, executive vice president of Edibles.com, told CNBC On. “But it’s different when you look at these products at a gas station rather than looking at one of the nation’s leading products collections.”
How much THC does edibles.com products have?
The THC dosages for products offered on Edibles.com vary, but hover about 5 milligrams per serving, Winstanley told CNBC.
According to Edibles.com, the foods and drinks they advertise contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. That is, the company is fully compliant with the Farm Bill.
Cannabis remains illegal at the federal level, but for recreational use, there are 24 states and 39 are legal for medicinal use.
