Follow similar statements from companies such as Dropbox and SPACEX.
Some companies oppose Delaware, which is considered to be a historic business -friendly state.
Bill ACKMAN, a CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management, states that his management company will move his management company from Delaware and reconstruct Nevada.
His announcement, which came to X post on Saturday morning, responded to the news that Dropbox was doing the same. “We are reconstructing Nevada management companies for the same reason. The top law firms recommend Nevada and Texas rather than Delaware,” said Ackman.
Pershing Square Capital Management has refused to comment further.
Other famous public companies announced last year to withdraw from Delaware, the hometown of former former President Joe Biden, in order for some companies to historic business -friendly states.
Tesla’s CEO, Eulon Musk, spent most of 2024, encouraging a company established in Delaware after repeatedly defeating the $ 55 billion Tesla compensation package. With this decision, the mask has now moved SpaceX to Texas.
Many of these established public companies are concerned about the recent Delaware Court, including the salary package of the mask, and allows shareholders to argue in execution decisions.

CEOs of billionaire, such as ACKMAN, Zuckerberg, and MUSK, hope that other state courts such as Texas and Nevada will not allow litigation from shareholders and boards.
