Highlights of this custom home in northeast Sioux Falls include a custom kitchen, a prominent office and even an enormous sports court.
This is one of two featured homes built by Jellen Homes in the Falls Parade of Homes, which runs through September 21 and 22. The parade runs from 1 to 5 p.m. each day.
The event will feature around 50 homes from 30 builders.
The first weekend “went really well, with lots of attendance, interest in the building and a really positive vibe,” said Craig Winia, project manager for Jeren Homes.
The five-bedroom home at 5600 E. Markham Circle has attracted a lot of interest, he said.
Visitors appreciated the “wow factor,” he said: “The high ceilings, the detailed finishes, they just wanted to sit back, pull up on the couch and relax.”
Let’s take a look inside:
All homes in the Parade of Homes are free to tour, except for featured homes, which have a $5 admission fee with proceeds benefiting the Home Builders Care Foundation.
