Get Healthy U TV is versatile and convenient. Here are some other things I like…
Different classes/training styles. With Get Healthy U TV, I was able to choose different workouts each day, including barre, yoga, high-impact, low-impact (knee-friendly), weight training, and no-weight training. Instructor expertise. Get Healthy U TV has professional instructors who make each class easy to follow. I tried a lot of unique and powerful moves that I had never done before. Plus, with so many instructors, you can choose the instructor’s videos and classes that work best for you (same as a trainer, but for significantly less $$$). Real-time notifications about LIVE sessions. Working out at home is a unique preference, but their live sessions make a world of difference as they allow you to have an in-person experience whenever you want without leaving your home. I was so happy when I saw the email letting me know when the session was going to take place! Versatility across different devices. The Get Healthy U app is extremely portable and allows you to train anytime, anywhere. I was able to use it on my phone, iPad, and TV without any problems.
I know what you’re thinking. However, there has to be a catch, right?
no. do not have. flat. ADS.
If you’ve ever tried streaming workout videos at home, you know what I’m talking about. Even if it’s free, ads can seriously ruin your workout.
Get Healthy U TV never showed any ads, even during long workouts of 40 minutes or more. 🙌🏼 I can say that it made me sweat more than any of the many home workouts I’ve tried.
I worked up a great sweat with the barre-inspired Barre Burn and Kickboxing + Core videos, but I also really enjoyed the accountability of the 2-week home bodyweight challenge. Being able to download a free calendar helped me stay motivated. It felt like a real trainer was giving me a training plan.
I highly recommend trying one of the many challenges they offer.

I have one too, and I love it! I was thinking of quitting when the new year ends, but I think I’ll keep going! There’s also a calendar where you can print out training suggestions based on the type of areas you want to improve on. — Erin, Hip Reader
I’ve been using this service for almost 2 years and I love it. There are many types and skill levels. I love having 10 minute workouts on days when I don’t have time for a long workout. You can access it on your phone, tablet, or computer, and there’s also an app for smart TVs. — Lisa, Hip Reader
I just started using my membership, and classes are 10-40 minutes long, so it’s hard to find an excuse not to take at least 10 minutes. We also offer guided meditation classes. — DeeDee, Hip Reader
I joined when I was signed up earlier this year and I love streaming these workouts. I play on Firestick and especially like the treadmill. — Colleen, Hip Reader
I lost 35 kg with this app and diet! 100% recommended. — Katibel, Hip Reader
Signing up is super easy and there are tons of videos of different types, including HIIT, yoga, and more. I decided not to renew at regular price because I decided to take some time off and try other workout programs. However, when it came time to cancel, customer service made the process seamless and quick. The only thing I would like to change is being able to mute the music and listen to my own music. – Sara, Hip Sidekick
