College Station, Texas -College Station’s real estate development company has announced a master plan in partnership with nationwide developers to develop a luxury housing in Aggyland. It is said that the development of apartment housing is student -oriented, and the plan is a maximum of 6 bedroom units.
Lv Collective has created a housing project in 313 College Avenue in cooperation with the COLLEGE STATION CULPEPPER REALTY. This is the first of three developments that both companies cooperate with the “Legacy Point Master Plan”.
Companies have stated that they will activate the College Vinal and the 10 -acres of the university, and to support both the city and the Texas A & M University.

This first development is expected to provide more than 750,000 square feet to student housing. This plan has 316 apartments from the studio space to the 6 -bedroom unit. It is expected that the 953 bed will fit in the structure.
Beyond the house, Lv and CULPEPPER have said that they will develop many amenities, including cafes called “Daydreamer”, mesanins with private rooms, pools with jumbotron, and rooftop lounges.
The site work has already begun, and the developers want to open it in time for the 2027-2028 grade.
