1. How to enter the contest:
(a) CBS Los Angeles’ “Orange County Soccer Club October Ticket Giveaway” contest begins Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM PT and ends on Tuesday, October 22, 24 . 11:59 PM PT The contest is hosted by Orange County Soccer Club (OCSC).
(b) To participate in the Contest, User must follow the Sports Central X account @SportsCentralLA during the Promotion Period. Winners must repost the Sports Central Giveaway Entry Invitation post to be eligible to win.
(c) If you enter via X Follow the @SportsCentralLA account during the Entry Period.
Participants must have a valid X account. Participants may not use multiple X Accounts. If participants do not already have an X Account, they can open one for free at www.X.com. (g) Entries deemed to have been made by the owner of the email account.
(h) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The Contest is open to Southern California residents (within Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, and Kern Counties) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of KCBS/KCAL-TV, Paramount Global, Orange County Soccer Club, other television and radio stations in the Los Angeles market, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household. Not eligible. Join or win.
(b) Viewers are only eligible to win one KCBS/KCAL-TV contest in any sixty (60) day period. Only one winner per household is allowed in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win prizes of $600.00 or more only once every six months.
(c) All Entries become the sole property of Station and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules and warrant and represent that their entry is an original work.
(d) Contestants must provide truthful information and the Station will reject and remove any entries found to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify entries from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements and will also delete entries received from individuals under 21 years of age.
3. Prizes:
(a) One (1) Prize Winner will receive: Four (4) Tickets + VIP Admission to Beer Fest to the OCSC Game on October 26, 2024 at Championship Field in Great Park Irvine. . Winner’s companion must also be 21 years of age or older. Approximate prize package value: $250.
(b) Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Station reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value.
4. Winner selection:
(a) Contest Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest are final.
(a) Prize winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at approximately 9:00 a.m. PT. A KCBS-TV/KCAL9-TV representative will contact the winner via X direct message. If KCBS-TV/KCAL-TV is unable to contact the winner within 24 hours based on the information provided on the entry form, an alternate winner will be contacted. Will be selected at random from among all other eligible entries. Winners will have 24 hours to respond to the initial direct message, provide contact information and collect the required personal information outlined below to claim the prize, or KCBS. -You must respond by the prescribed deadline specified by TV/KCAL-TV.
(b) Prize winners must be able to provide valid government identification when requested by KCBS/KCAL-TV to issue the prize.
