Paris – Solina has once again expanded its US presence with Sokol’s custom food ingredients, the acquisition of rural, Illinois.
Sokol is Solina’s fourth US acquisition, located near Solina’s Bolingbrook, the site, and supplies custom flavorful and sweet sauce solutions for food manufacturers, retail and foodservice.

The acquisition has expanded the Solina site to five in the US, with locations in California, two in Illinois, Nevada and New Jersey.
Solina’s US acquisition now includes Asenzya, a supplier of the habit-dried, delicious solutions Solina acquired in 2021. Saratoga Food Speciality is a custom seasoning and sauce maker that Solina acquired in 2022. Also, Advanced Food Systems is the developer and manufacturer of customized material systems for meat and chicken products, frozen foods, sauces and marinated products acquired by Solina in 2024.
