Elizabeth, Queen of Singapore, has emerged from a stunning renovation, offering luxurious upgrades, new meals and enhanced guest experiences for Miami and Alaska cruises.
After a major renovation at Admiralty Yard, Cirium, Singapore, Queen Elizabeth, Queen of Cnard, is ready to greet guests with her newly redesigned interior.
British cruise line has unveiled the newly improved Queen Elizabeth after a transformative three-week transformation in time for the much-anticipated Miami-Alaska season. The 2,000-person sailing ship has been updated to blend Canard’s classic elegance with modern comfort.
Renovations include refreshed outdoor spaces, modern dining options and major upgrades to important areas. The iconic Commodore Club, Queen’s Room, Garden Lounge and Pavilion are all undergoing stylish makeovers. Famous for its panoramic sea views and signature Martini, Commodore Club boasts chic new furniture and seating to enhance the guest experience.
Home to Cunard’s famous afternoon tea and gala nights, Queen’s Room has been redesigned with inspiration drawn from the mulberry trees of the Royal Palace.
Guests staying in the Grill Suite can enjoy upgraded interiors, new furniture and a completely redesigned grill terrace. The terrace features double sunbeds, offering a comfortable place to relax, taking in breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Alaska.
For those looking for outdoor relaxation, the Rid Pool Club has been rethinked to provide an exciting poolside atmosphere with a whirlpool and a new bar menu that includes local Caribbean rum and tequila options. Additional shade has been added to the rear deck to provide extra shade in the warmer climate.
One of the major highlights of the renovation is the addition of the Pavilion Wellness Café, which was first introduced to Cunard’s Anne. This healthy-focused cafe serves fresh smoothies, grain bowls and seasonal dishes, making it easier for guests to maintain a balanced diet while cruising.
Inspired by the beauty of Kew Garden, the garden lounge is enhanced with new carpets, furniture and decorations, creating a peaceful open space for guests to relax.
Queen Elizabeth will make history by offering her first full season in Miami this season, offering a 9-to-28-night round-trip Caribbean cruise. The ship will visit popular destinations such as Jamaica, San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. John’s in Antigua.
The first Alaska season for the ship departing from Seattle begins on June 12th, with the first 12-night Caribbean cruise from Miami set on sails on October 16th.
