I like to use this kind of mat when rolling out bread dough. Cleaning becomes much easier. Most of the dirt is on the mat, so you don’t have to clean the counter as much. Also, rolling the dough on this mat is more sanitary than rolling it straight on the counter. The material of this mat is quite strong and durable, so I think it will be quite durable.
