Merchants and artisans sell their wares at Holland’s Landing

As Margaret Horan watches, local merchants and artisans set up a ring of tents on the lawn of Holland’s Landing to sell their wares and the Beekman Avenue hood, which is registered to 580 families in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. – Collected funds for the pantry.
The open air market is an annual event, as is the group’s walkathon, which will be held Oct. 19 at the Sleepy Hollow High School athletic field.
Horseman’s Harvest’s mission: “To alleviate food insecurity by providing nutritious food and related assistance to the Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown communities, while encouraging volunteerism and helping our neighbors in need. to unite adults and students alike.
