The new guestroom tower has a modern design, yet maintains a dialogue with the original depot through deep window recesses, casting dynamic shadows that interact with the surrounding light and landscape. The result is a visually striking balance between past and present, emphasized by the symmetrical composition of the depot’s French Second Empire-inspired façade.
The landscape design further strengthens the connection between the hotel and its surroundings, creating seamless integration with the public plaza and The Gateway. Asher Adams offers a variety of unique guest experiences, including Rouser, an upscale New American restaurant; At No. 119, you can enjoy stylish cocktails while enjoying a glass of whiskey while overlooking the Grand Hall. The Bar at Asher Adams is a luxurious cocktail bar that harkens back to the golden age of rail travel. Located in the preserved south tower, the hotel’s 13 distinctive historic rooms and suites offer a unique experience with large windows, high ceilings and luxurious modern amenities. .
