Many RWJBarnabas medical facilities were named among the nation’s best children’s hospitals in recently released U.S. News & World Report rankings.

Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital is also ranked 47th nationally (tied) for orthopedics and is one of the top-ranked children’s hospitals in New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic region. I did. Children’s hospitals were awarded the “Best” designation for excellence in factors such as clinical outcomes, the level and quality of hospital resources directly related to patient care, and the expert opinion of pediatric specialists.
Dr. Amy Murtha, dean of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University, was clearly thrilled by the recognition.
“This year’s rankings are a testament to our team’s expertise and patient-centered commitment to quality and safety, and position us as one of the best children’s hospitals in the country,” she said.
