Riverside Luxury Cruises has partnered with Jerne to provide travel advisors with tour trips across Europe and enhance sales and marketing opportunities through a streamlined platform.
Riverside Luxury Cruises, an all-suite European luxury river cruise company, and Jerne, the leading platform connecting influential travel curators and experience providers, have partnered to offer cruise lines and travel advisors a simplified solution for managing hundreds of hosted and self-guided river cruise viewing opportunities.
“Our research of hundreds of top travel advisors shows that their priority is new product experiences that they can share with their top clients,” said Tim Morgan, CEO of Jahn. “By partnering with the great Riverside products, we can give them exactly what they’re looking for to drive new sales for themselves and their agents.”
To celebrate its recent ranking as a top 10 popular cruise line by Travel + Leisure readers, Riverside is offering travel advisors the opportunity to sign up for guided experiences on more than 500 cruises along the Danube, Rhine, Rhone, Moselle and Main rivers through December 2025. Managed through the Jerne platform, travel advisors can create a profile that tells their business’ story, search and apply for excursions that align with their product focus, and manage and share all the content they create during their experiences, generating valuable ROI for both Riverside as well as travel advisors and travel agencies.
“Partnering with Jaan gives us an efficient and effective platform to manage the vetting, application process and marketing opportunities associated with onboarding travel advisors,” said Jen Halbos, CEO of Riverside Luxury Cruises. “Riverside values the integral role travel advisors play in providing unforgettable experiences for their clients and understands how important it is for them to experience our travel products firsthand. Travel advisors see the product, they sell it, and we can’t wait for more travel advisors to share all the great experiences they’ve seen with Riverside and recommend us.”
Using Jahn’s verification process and proprietary matching technology, all travel advisors are invited to apply, but travel advisors with annual revenues of over $1.5 million will have priority access to the opportunity to become familiar with Riverside on the European all-suite ship. Jahn recently acquired The 1000, the world’s most influential club of travel advisors, which means Riverside will automatically invite Jahn’s existing top travel advisors with verified cumulative annual revenues of over $1 billion to experience the Riverside difference.
“Riverside is taking the industry by storm with its stunning onboard interiors, exceptional cuisine and fantastic service,” said Morgan. “We’re excited to help travel advisors discover Riverside more easily and have their customers rave about it through content sharing offline and online – that’s the epitome of impact.”
