Pueblo’s residential real estate market showed some positive numbers in January.
The new list of homes for sale is up 13.5% compared to January 2024, with overall inventory slightly surpassing 11% last year. Pending sales increased 10.7% compared to the same period last year.
“The average days in the market were slightly soaked, but remained about three months. Looking at the percentage of the settling amount, it remained pretty strong at 97.5%.”
“The sales real estate in January fell 4.7% compared to a year ago, with median price falling 4.7% to $305,000. As buyers are waiting for stable interest rates, there are many more in the coming months. We don’t expect actual growth in the month. A low 6% range,” Anderson explained.
