RANDOLPH — Connor Braley ran for 178 yards, Jackson Morrison threw a 62-yard touchdown to Kevin McElwain and Randolph shut out Class D Wilson 49-0.
The Cardinals (4-2, 3-1) held the Lakemen to 170 yards of offense, including 0-of-10 on third-down conversion attempts.
Randolph took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on McElwain’s 21-yard touchdown run, followed by Griffin Nelson’s first of seven successful point kicks.
With the Cardinals leading 28-0 at halftime, McElwain scored on a 2-yard run in the second quarter, Alex Garland scored on a 30-yard run, and McElwain scored on a 62-yard catch-and-run.
After intermission, Nate Hahn returned a blocked punt 27 yards for a touchdown, Morrison ran for a 14-yard touchdown, and Domanique Clark returned an interception 40 yards for a score.
The Lakemen fell to 1-5 overall, including 1-3 in league play.

Lancaster stans Jamestown
LANCASTER — Jamestown suffered its third straight Class AA loss on Friday night, and the second straight week it lost by a close margin.
Lancaster scored two touchdowns in the final 2 1/2 minutes to defeat the Red & Green 20-13 at Joe Foyle Field.
Leading 13-7 — Jamestown’s Chase Bonta scores on a 6-yard run with just under five minutes left — Legendary quarterback Alex Krupa connects with wide receiver Justin Hartwig for a 23-yard TD pass. Christian Schlesinger added the extra point. It gave the hosts a 14-13 lead with 2:17 left.
The Red & Green were unable to score on their ensuing possession, and Lancaster put the game out of reach when John Gang found the end zone from seven yards remaining as time expired.
The Legends are now 4-2 overall and 4-1 in the division, while Jamestown falls to 2-4 and 1-3.
Lancaster took the lead in the first quarter on Daniel Ahern’s 1-yard run, and Schlesinger’s successful kick made it 7-0, a lead that lasted until the second half.
The Red & Green tied the game in the third quarter when quarterback Dominic Gonzalez completed an 85-yard TD pass with receiver Aiden Samuelson, and Lincoln Carpenter converted an extra-point try.
This set off a dramatic fourth quarter that started with Bonta’s TD run with 4:53 left to put Jamestown ahead, but the Legends scored twice in the closing minutes to secure the victory.
Notes: Bonta rushed for 117 yards on 28 carries. Gonzalez completed 7 of 9 passes for 134 yards. Samuelson caught two passes for 110 yards. …Defensively, Cole Bloomquist had 21 tackles, Bonta had 15 tackles, Carson Panebianco had 13 tackles and Luis Diaz had 11 tackles…The Red & Greens host Hatch Tech next Friday at 7 p.m. I’m going back to Japan to do that.

DUNKIRK — Jahreece Gaines returned the opening kickoff 65 yards for a touchdown and Dunkirk defeated Lewiston Porter 355-52 on Friday night on the way to a 48-7 victory over Class B3 at Karl Hepner Field. Ta.
Gabe Valentine completed nine passes for 162 yards and three touchdowns through the air, and the Marauders (2-4, 2-4) ran for 193 yards as a team.
Dylan Bankosky led the Dunkirk defense with a sack.

Panthers pull away
PORTVILLE — Portville/Cuba Rashford racked up 382 yards of offense en route to a 28-6 victory over Fredonia in Friday night’s Class C South soccer game.
Maxx DeYoe ran 18 times for 207 yards and four touchdowns for the Panthers, who led 14-6 into the third quarter.
Portville/Cuba Rashford quarterback Eli Sleggs completed seven passes for 155 yards but was intercepted twice.
Donovan Dowdy scored Fredonia’s only touchdown on a 7-yard run in the second quarter to make it 7-6 after a failed two-point conversion pass.
But the Panthers regained control after halftime with Deyoye’s 48-yard touchdown and Connor Rulo adding his second of four successful kicks.

FRANKLINVILLE — Franklinville/Ellicottville took advantage of four Gowanda/Pine Valley turnovers to defeat the Panthers 27-18 in a Class D game.
Isaac Town completed nine passes for 186 yards and four touchdowns through the air and also rushed for 86 yards for the Titans (3-3, 2-2). Breton Breka caught three passes for 89 yards and scored a touchdown on all three.
Carter Capozzi went 18-of-32 for 230 yards and three touchdowns through the air for Gowanda/Pine Valley (3-3, 2-2). Brayden Smith caught eight passes for 102 yards. Kai’an Austin caught four passes for 103 yards and one touchdown. Reginald Irion and Winter Mentry-Peters also scored touchdowns for the Panthers.
Franklinville/Ellicottville led 21-12 in the third quarter before Towne connected with Brecha for a 59-yard touchdown pass to make it 27-12. Capozzi hit Austin for a 25-yard touchdown late in the quarter, but the Panthers were unable to get any closer in a scoreless fourth quarter.
