Samsung elevates online shopping for Filipino users with personalized experience with app-exclusive deals
Samsung Electronics Philippines, Inc. – Samsung Electronics announced the launch of its new Samsung Shop app in select markets in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region as part of its strategy to enhance and simplify the online shopping experience for Samsung users and fans.
Online electronics purchases continue to dominate in Southeast Asia and Oceania. The survey found:[1] According to a survey conducted by Samsung in August 2023, 42.6% of respondents in the region purchased electronics and home appliances online in the past three months. As such, e-commerce remains a key channel for Samsung to expand reach and growth with customers who are increasingly shopping online.
After launching in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam last year, the Samsung Shop App is now available in the Philippines with plans to launch in more markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
