Last week, he had a rough year with his Against the Spread picks, going 6-8, but he improved straight up to 11-3.
As always, some good and some bad.
Everything will be better again in the next few weeks. Or am I daydreaming? That has to change, right?
His season record was 100-66, with an ATS of 75-88-3. That means a major pivot is needed to get the ATS back above .500. As the weeks go by, I have to start this week. You can see the Big Week ATS and it’s straight ahead.
It’s November and it’s finally the busy season. Thanksgiving is next week, and I’m hoping to get closer to .500 heading into December.

The Steelers are playing well, the Browns are not. However, this is a one-week division game with a short away period. That’s difficult for any team. And Russell Wilson wasn’t great last week. The Browns will show up in this game and keep it close. The Steelers will probably win on a late Chris Boswell field goal, but it will be close.
Designated players: Steelers 20, Browns 17
Sunday, 1pm ET (CBS, Paramount+)
The Chiefs suffered their first loss to the Bills, and the Panthers received a bye. With the Chiefs losing, they will be more focused. That’s important. They regroup and beat a team that is much better than them from a talent standpoint. The Chiefs are back on track.
Pick: Chiefs 32, Panthers 13

The Bears suffered a heartbreaking loss last week, but the Vikings are coming off a two-game road win streak and will now have to play on the road for the third consecutive week. It’s not easy. But I think this game will be won by the defense throwing a ton of looks at Caleb Williams and forcing turnovers. The Vikings will win.
Picks: Vikings 23, Bears 17
Sunday, 1pm ET (CBS, Paramount+)
The Texans are playing a short week, but the offense looked better against Dallas with Nico Collins back. The Titans will have a hard time stopping them this week, so look for good play from the Texans and CJ Stroud. Will Levis will never catch up.
Pick: Texans 31, Titans 21

The Colts looked strong last week with a win on the road against the Jets, but this is a big step forward in the competition. The Lions’ offense is back on track and should find success against the Colts’ defense. The question is whether Anthony Richardson can do it for the second week in a row. In this game, we will be playing against the Lions.
Pick: Lions 30, Colts 17
Sunday, 1pm ET (CBS, Paramount+)
The Dolphins won two straight games after a bye and returned to the playoff contention. Tua Tagovailoa has played well since returning from his concussion issues. The Patriots have done some good things with Drake Maye, but he will be a tough matchup on the road. Miami won again.
Designated players: Dolphins 32, Patriots 21
Sunday, 1pm ET (CBS, Paramount+)
This is Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito, who was on Daniel Jones’ bench. It doesn’t matter. The Giants’ offense has struggled for a variety of reasons, not just at quarterback. The Bucks are coming off a bye and are getting healthier, which is important. They win.
Designated players: Bucks 27, Giants 13

The Cowboys are in shambles right now, while the Commanders are coming off a tough loss to the Eagles. They played Thursday, so they’re getting some extra rest while the Cowboys are on the road after their Monday night game. Washington is the better team and the extra rest will do wonders for Jaden Daniels. blow out.
Pick: Commanders 31, Cowboys 16
Sunday, 4:05pm ET (CBS, Paramount+)
This is a game to keep an eye on for the Broncos. They are on a roll after last week’s impressive win against the Falcons. But this is a division game on the road. That’s important. The Broncos will win, but it will be close thanks to the Raiders’ solid defense.
Pick: Broncos 20, Raiders 17

The 49ers are in a mess right now. They don’t look like the same team. And now they’re playing a tough Packers team that folded in the second half after losing in the playoffs last year. The Packers haven’t been very good offensively this season, but neither have the 49ers. Expect Jordan Love and the Packers offense to play well here. The Packers accept that.
Pick: Packers 27, 49ers 20
Sunday, 4:25pm ET (Try Fox, fubo for free)
The Cardinals have a bye, but the Seahawks are coming off a physically tough victory against the 49ers. That applies to teams. Seattle’s defense looked good in this game, but Kyler Murray is playing well right now. He enters this game to help the Cardinals win an important divisional game to stay in first place.
Pick: Cardinals 23, Seahawks 20
Sunday, 8:20pm ET (NBC, Fubo Free Trial)
The Eagles have corrected their problems from the beginning of the year on their way to winning the NFC East. However, it will be a long road trip against a great team that we cannot afford to lose any more. Now that the receivers are healthy and the Rams offense is back on track, I think they can come here and pull off an upset.
Pick: Rams 28, Eagles 21

The Ravens are playing a series of road games after losing a tough physical battle against the Steelers last week. The offense was inconsistent in that game, but now they will have to face a good defense again. The Chargers beat the Bengals behind the scenes on offense, and I think that will carry over when they win the Battle of the Harbaugh Brothers.
Pick: Chargers 31, Ravens 26
