Presidium Frisco Square is a new 368-unit luxury apartment community that will open in late summer 2024 after years of construction and will have units available for rent.
Located within the Frisco Square development at Dallas Parkway and Cotton Gin Road, the new Presidium complex features studio, one, two and three bedroom units and a wide range of amenities including:

“Our goal was to build a special place where residents would have a living experience like no other. As more and more people call it home, we see it come to fruition. ,” Josh Eames, President of Presidium Development, said in a Dec. 17 news release.
Each apartment is equipped with keyless entry, home thermostats and energy-efficient appliances, according to the release.
