I share hints for meals.
Do you like fresh salad? I am a simple salad fan and usually enjoy the remaining week on Sunday. It feels like it is organized to prepare a healthy lunch and side dishes to grasp from the refrigerator.
Do you want to learn how to make a salad bar in the refrigerator?
Start with your favorite fresh Saradofix food shopping this week. Choose vegetables that may last a long time, such as peppers, red onions, whole chelite tomatoes, broccoli, radish, carrot, etc. You can also prepare and slice stubborn eggs and add them to the salad.
If your family is enjoying the sandwich, I will share the preparation for a sandwich meal at the bottom!
1. Collect storage containers with lids to store clean vegetables.
If you have a large, medium, small storage container with a lid, collect them. Large lettuce and other chopped vegetables require a small one. I have this 10 -piece set from Amazon and I love it! They are completely stacked and can be stored in large containers if they are done to save space.
Consider grabbing a salad bar container for the refrigerator during sale!
2. Wash the vegetables and chop them.
You’ll want to chop all right now so that compiling salads later is quick and easier. Consider removing as many moisture as possible through the salad spinner with lettuce and vegetables. The containers can be lined up with paper towels to keep agricultural products longer.
Stock these on the salad bar:
Lettuce and green peppers, chopped broccoli, fine carrot onions, cheleto tomatoes, mushroom sliced hard boiled egg feta cheese, shaved parmesan, or blue cheese crushed cooking ham or chicken cans of cooking ham or chicken chicken. Canned -Upload strawberries or mandarin orange
3. Create a room in the refrigerator for all salad bar containers at home.
Specify a special shelf or drawer for the prepared salad bar material. There is no drawer space, but I was able to clear the shelf area to fit everything well. I love the clear container when I want to make a salad, so easily and accurately grab it!
Making salads at home is now a cinch!
I am trying to eat fresh vegetables and I feel that this salad bar strategy is very useful. This idea is also flowing into husband’s habits. He is packing a fresh salad and taking an office lunch right now.
Do you like making sandwiches a week? Check this out!
Consider creating a sandwich preparation station with all fixtures in the refrigerator!
A sandwich preparation station has been added to the refrigerator using two convenient snack boxes with compartments. I filled them with various kinds of deli meat, sliced cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, seasonings, and peppers. Now, I can get it right away and create a high -speed sandwich for my family, or use it to make it myself! This is such a game changer!
Also, consider grabbing the bread one day ago from Jimi Performs. In the case of large bread, it is only 50 cents and can be used in sandwiches a week. We love this bread and can save a lot.
