Cleveland – On the third day of the Daily News Sports Team’s journey to the Mid-American Conference (MAC) tournament, the crew enjoyed the second day after reporting.
The day started with coffee and breakfast at the hotel. Following on, the team headed to the Cleveland Aquarium to see a wide range of underwater creatures. Fish, sharks, turtles, frogs and more were on display.
Sports editor Zach Carter enjoyed the moment, but as an avid fisherman, he wanted to pack a fishing rod when he saw some bollard bass and campagne catfish in the tank.

Following this, the six of them travelled around Progressive Field, home of MLB’s Cleveland Guardians. MLB fan Logan Connor was excited to see the park and was interested in seeing the legendary Cleveland statue in front of the ballpark.
The team then roamed a little more, with Andrew Berger and Titus Slaughter taking many photos and postcard moments. For lunch, the team stopped by Harry Buffalo to watch other conference college basketball games.
Once they finished lunch, the team went to the Rocket Arena where they saw some of the men’s Mc Tournaments, with Burger and Slaughter taking game shots. After leaving the arena, Elijah Poe, Logan Connor and Carter worked on feature work, with Delan Cobb continuing to run social accounts.
