Ratings for the following full match players:
Thibaut Courtois — 6.5: I made two good saves to keep my clean sheet.
Lucas Vazquez-6: Returning to the lineup, proven reliable. It was well protected and linked to Rodyrgo and Brahim on the bottom right.
Raul Asencio —7: Handle and deal with the pressure from Girona. Another good outing from the young people.
David Alaba — 7: It’s great to see the veteran come back in 73 minutes today. He played some long balls on the passes of Vinicius and Mbappe, showing that he still plays that distinct quality from his back.
Ferland Mendy – 6.5: Restrained by attack, but looks defensive like the old Ferland Mendy.
Luka Modric — 9: It is clear that this Real Madrid team needs to function with their team Daniseboros or Luca Modric. The Croats didn’t miss the beat. From an instant, he sprayed a pass across the length of the pitch. He defeated the team with a high 126 touch, 112 passes, six key passes and a vintage Modric Gorazo to finish the game.
Tchouameni — 7: He continues his good-shaped run in the middle. I finished the game at the center with Rudiger.
Brahim Diaz —6: I played both on the left and right sides. I tried to create it, but it lacked his usual influence.
Rodrigo — 6.5: After pairing well with his teammates, he continued to work and own two Girona players, before drawing applause from the Santiago Bernabeu in the second half. In the final third it’s not that lively and has zero shots on the target.
Vinicius Junior — 7.5: After successfully linking with Mbappe, he scored on a toe-pork finish, but he previously hit a crossbar and accidentally made a pass to Mbappe once. Despite the goals, the final product was inconsistent.
Kylian Mbappe — 8: Registered an assist for Vinicius, but his performance was worth the goal. I missed out on some opportunities that would normally be hidden. The entire game is powerful and more and more contributing.
Alternative:
Eduardo Camavinga — 7: A switch with strong tackles and good play in the middle.
Dani Ceballos —6: Holding ownership in a short amount of time. There is no major contribution.
Antonio Rudiger —N/A: He came late and was solid. I don’t have enough time to evaluate.
Endrick — It was replaced late at 8:87 minutes, but marked with a great solo run before setting up Mbappe. The French missed his 1V1, but Endric’s contribution was not noticed.
