Penzance unveils plans for ‘One Roslyn’ – new development with three luxury residential towers to reshape Roslyn’s skyline
The proposed complex would be built in front of Gateway Park.

The City of Penzance today submitted the project’s initial 4.1 site plan application to Arlington County, officially beginning the county’s site plan review process.
Penzance is partnering with The Beaupost Group on One Roslyn, and on this project they have previously partnered on The Highlands, a dynamic community in West Roslyn that has redefined urban life in the area. We aim to continue our track record of success in the neighborhood.
