NEW ALBANY, IN – A new luxury apartment is coming to New Albany, according to a press release from Denton Floyd Real Estate Group.
Oxbow by Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is a 43-unit luxury apartment community in collaboration with Wheatley Group.
The new apartment features a first floor office and retail space.
It is located at 214 East Main Street in downtown New Albany.
The Oxbow groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 11am on March 13th, with leadership attended by Denton Floyd, Wheatley Group and the City of New Albany.
