Partner Bank will donate to Haven
March 17th was the cause of two celebrations as partner banks donated $1,000 to Haven, New Hampshire’s largest violence prevention and support services agency. Portsmouth – Heaven, formerly known as a safe place and sexual assault support service, is a selected organization in March and receives employee contributions from partner banks.
Each month, partner banks select employees and organizations to receive a $1,000 donation. This month, customer service assistant Arlene Machado is a selected employee, and she chose Haven, a Portsmouth-based 501(c)(3) organization.
Partner Banks and their employees want a better future for their community and their members, which is what will lead to a $1,000 donation to Haven.

FedPoint wins 3 Stevie Awards in Sales and Customer Service
Portsmouth – Federal benefits manager and marketplace operator FedPoint has announced that they have received three 2025 Stevie Awards in the Customer Service and Contact Center Achievement Category, respectively, to innovatively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the customer experience. FedPoint has received the Silver Award for customer service transformation and two Bronze Awards for achieving the use of data and analytics in customer experience and customer service.

HRCU receives double recognition for member safety and services
Holy Rosario Credit Union, a nearby credit union based in Rochester, New Hampshire, has announced that it is being honored with two member XP “Best of the Best” awards and AARP Banksafe-trained seals.
ROCHESTER – The Holy Rosario Credit Union has announced that it has been recognized for its fifth year by MemberXP, a leading customer experience program offered through the Credit Union Solutions Group (CUSG) as the recipient of the 2025 Best of the Best Award and the 2025 Best of the Best Award in the Loan Experience category. HRCU also received a 2025 AARP Banksafe trained seal for the fifth consecutive year.
HRCU is one of 193 financial organizations nationwide that won the Banksafe Trained Seal in 2025, highlighting the long-standing efforts of credit unions to protect their older members from financial exploitation. The seal is awarded after at least 80% of front-end staff have completed Banksafe training and credit unions have implemented rules and policies to directly address suspicious financial exploitation. For the fifth consecutive year, HRCU has surpassed AARP requirements by requiring training for associates serving all members.
The 2025 MemberXP “Best of the Best” award is based on insights from over 2.6 million data points, reflecting the experience of approximately 8.6 million credit union members. This comprehensive assessment process utilizes key performance metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES), to enable data experts to fine-tune their results. The Distinguished Award was announced in February as an annual award by CUSG, celebrating outstanding credit unions for their exceptional service.

Exeter – The New Hampshire Community Development and Finance Agency (CDFA) has awarded a tax credit to Youth Success Project, a youth-led organization focusing on the concentration and uplift of voices and youths who have experienced unaccompanied homelessness. The organization will use its contributions to fund sustainability positions and advance its mission to end the homelessness of young people. MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) was proud to be able to purchase a $10,000 tax credit to support the effort.
