“This was one of the best purchases (on and off Amazon) that I can remember recently, especially for the price. I often write and illustrate by hand, but this Most of the severe pain caused by bending over to work has been resolved. Also, when you want to carry your work or writing (or laptop) up close to your eyes, you can carry it around the house at your desk. Or use it flat on a table.
I bought this lap desk because it was one of the less common models that offered an elevated work surface. Once adjusted to that height, the legs that support it are nice and sturdy (you can lean on them with your elbows). Surprisingly, the fairly thin plastic on the work surface doesn’t flex anywhere when you’re writing. Feels solid. The back cushion is nice and comfortable, and is also taller for extra height. Instead of one large cushion, they are spaced apart from each other, so they are breathable and won’t get hot when placed on your lap. It’s slim enough to fit under your sofa or coffee table.
Considering the amount I paid, I think it’s crazy that I didn’t get it sooner. And this is extremely valuable, especially in terms of how helpful it is and how much support and relief it provides. ”
