The Oklahoma City Thunder are taking on the Utah Jazz in their first game from the NBA All-Star break. With a 44-10 record, Oklahoma City now cruises to seed across the seed.
Thunder’s magic number is 14 years old on February 21st. This perfectly shows how good they were this season. Oklahoma City had to go 14-14 in the final 28 games where Denver and/or Memphis were 28-0 in that range and the Thunder went 28-0 to lose the top seed west.
Oklahoma City shows its ability to beat the expected team. This leads to a better mark than .500 in this span, allowing you to grab the first seed of the second coalition season.
The Thunder tied the franchise’s season-high victory mark (61), earning 18 wins since topping in the next 28 games.
Another bonus for Thunder, beyond just 8-game cushions, is that health turns the corner. Oklahoma City will play the game for the first time during the season. If this remains the case in the course of the next 28 tilt, the lightning could be even better.
