COLOMBUS, Ohio — A central Ohio man has a little more cash in his pocket after winning the top prize on a scratch-off ticket this week.
The Ohio Lottery said the players purchased victory tickets at Vibes Smoke Shop & Carryout at Gender Road in the Winchester Canal.

“I was like, ‘Oh, my goodness’,” he said, looking at the amount he had won.
The winner said his first thought was to scream and scream because there were others in the store, so he went back to his car.
“I scanned it again to see if it was true. It turned out to be a fair amount and went “Amazing,” he said.
The man said he has ideas about what to do with his prize, such as starting a business or investing.
