This little bad boy is incredible. I have a Big Green Egg, a gas grill, and a charcoal Weber. Ninja literally sucks them all up. I had a Traeger, but I couldn’t stand the texture of the meat and the quality of the smoke in the microwave, so I gave it away for free. The Ninja was very easy to use and required a minimal amount of pellets but gave a good smoke taste. I smoked 30 inches of bone-in chicken thighs at 300 degrees, and the edges of the chicken were a little burnt, and they tasted better than my green eggs. I was very impressed. The Ninja is also small, so it doesn’t require a lot of space. The only downside is that you can’t smoke in large parties, but it’s great for small families on weekdays.
