Luxurious development
Authorities cut ribbons on February 13th at Avelle, a luxury apartment community on the Gateway in Mountain View. Located at Shoreline Boulevard and Highway 101, the development offers 203, 2, 3 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units, including 30 affordable apartments.
“This development is increasing the number of much-needed housing, including units below the market in our city, offering another option to live in places where people work and play,” Mayor Ellen Kamey released the release. I’ve said that.
Northern California developers Sares Regis Group and Stockbridge Capital Group have partnered with SBI Builder as general contractors for the project. The 203-unit building represents the end of the second phase of construction, which also includes a five-storey parking garage. The third and final stage will add 100 homes designed by construction company Studio T Square.
